By using Igor or any LogicForge service, you agree to these terms. We’ve written them to be as clear as possible.

1. About the service

Igor is an AI-powered DM assistant built by LogicForge Systems. It integrates with Meta platforms (Instagram, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp) to help businesses automate customer communication — answering common questions, routing inquiries, and booking appointments.

2. Eligibility

  1. You must be 18 years of age or older, or have parental/guardian consent.
  2. You must have the legal authority to connect and manage the business accounts you link to Igor.

3. Acceptable use

Users agree NOT to:

  • Use Igor to send spam, misleading, or illegal content.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, bypass, or overload Igor’s systems.
  • Use Igor to impersonate another person or business.

4. AI limitations & disclaimer

AI can make mistakes

Igor is an AI assistant. It may occasionally produce inaccurate or incomplete responses.

Verify critical info

Appointment times, prices, and availability should always be verified directly with the business.

Liability limitation

LogicForge is not liable for business losses resulting from AI errors or misunderstandings.

5. Business owner responsibilities

As the Maestro (business owner) of an Igor installation, you are responsible for:

  • The accuracy of the information you train Igor with — services, prices, availability, and FAQs.
  • Ensuring your use of Igor complies with Meta’s Platform Policies for Instagram, Messenger, and WhatsApp.

6. Intellectual property

All Igor technology, branding, and source code is the exclusive intellectual property ofLogicForge Systems. No part of the service may be reproduced, distributed, or reverse-engineered without express written permission.

7. Termination

You may disconnect anytime

Disconnect Igor through Facebook Settings or by emailing logicforgesystems@gmail.com. Your data will be deleted within 48 hours on request.

LogicForge may terminate access

We reserve the right to revoke access to Igor for any violation of these Terms of Service without prior notice.

8. Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belize. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Belize.

9. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via our website or by email. Continued use of Igor after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
